Airplane Lufthansa Airlines Lockheed L-1649A Starliner Super Star Diecast Model Aircraft D-ALOL reached Germany in 1968 as the last of four Starliners ordered. Locally called "Super Stars", this ultimate variant of the elegant Lockheed Constellation family closed the gap in the long-distance fleet until the first Boeing 707 jets were available two years later, in 1970.
